Alien reading

We have been reading all about aliens in guided reading this week in the book Here Come the Aliens.  The Snail and the Whale guided reading group's favourite page was when the aliens came to lunch.

 The aliens in the book slobbered, gobbled and munched. They had no table manners and like to eat tongues and worms.
What do you know about aliens? What do you think they eat?

    Aliens are really green and they look like bogies! Sometimes they have three eyeballs.

    I know that aliens live in the holes on the moon and I think aliens eat slime.
