Chris Riddell

Well done to Chris Riddell, the author and artist who has taken over from Malorie Blackman to become the 9th Children's Laureate.
Chris has said that over the next two years he wants to encourage everyone to draw something everyday.

    I drew a picture in a suitcase of sunglasses, sweets, a hat, ginger bread, a lollipop and a hat. I liked about my pictures when I used colouring pencils and I done writing about them.
