Year 1 are all very excited because we are going to the Ritzy again. This Thursday we're going on a trip to the Ritzy cinema to see Box Trolls and have a tour of the building. We'll even be counting all the chairs in the auditorium and looking for 2D and 3D shapes.
Please speak to a Year 1 teacher if you are interested in coming with us as a helper as we have lots of free adult tickets.

I liked when we watched the film and it was scary. I liked when we talked about how many chairs there were.

DeleteI like when I see the movie of the box because the box was a baby. Him, that one. I liked when my granma was with me and I liked eating popcorn!

ReplyDeleteEmmm, because when the man, when everybody thought the man was a girl and he wasn't. After, he ate the cheese. And then after when the box troll scared the little girl. It was fun and then we came home.

ReplyDeleteBox trolls hide and he got the bad guy and, and , and he saved the guy. He saved the guy and the girl and the boy and box was running to save them. Then the baby was fast asleep with the box and the baby changed and the box changed. The girl didn't went to the box troll.
ReplyDeleteI eat pop corns. Watching films. I was sleeping and sharing popcorn with Kendry and then we watched the film and the guy was funny.
I thought I saw a real big box troll at the back.
ReplyDeleteLet's do one more like. I liked when I thought there was a box troll at the back. I really liked when Egg's ripped the boys wig off and when the boy eat the cheese and the lip went, like pop! Pop! Pop!
I am going to say when I eat the popcorns I felt like a box troll.
ReplyDeleteI liked it when we were watching the movie. I liked it when miss was sharing out the popcorn, we got to watch a film and the ritzy wasn't open. The people that took the boxtrolls were very naughty.

DeleteI like box trolls because there was baddies. The baddies was trying to kill the box trolls and the baddies was trying to get blood because they're baddies.

I want to say; Why did the box trolls try to save the boy? And it was too funny. I couldn't stop laughing. And when I was eating with Zara I shared it with her.

I want to say I liked when the box trolls were nice and I like when they was talking and I liked when they got the baby. It was so funny I liked it. And when the boy tried to stop there was danger. There really was some funny box trolls. When the funny box trolls kept saying no to the flatter ones.
they was funny when they took off their boxes. The boys Dad was hanging upside down. I liked the movie because it was really funny at the end. And it was a bit scary in the first bit.
ReplyDeleteI want to say that the Box Trolls was saving the day for the boy. I want to say that the Box trolls were saying funny things. The girl was hiding outside with her Dad.The girl was going down stairs and she called the boy and she saw the boy a long time ago and a long time ago there was a baby. I didn't like the first bit because the box trolls was hiding from that box. There was a box troll who was trying to get out the box.

ReplyDeleteI loved that at the end was a happy ending. I loved when the end of the film was a lovely end. And i really loved when Tia's Dad was getiing all of the popcorn boxes so that the Ritzy people didn't have to tidy up too much.
